I'm Melissa Chow, a current senior at Connecticut College, originally from Chicago! I study Human Development, Psychology, and Sociology. I'm interested in becoming an Occupational Therapist; I love working with children in general and I am especially passionate about working with Asian Americans with disabilities. I joined AADI in hopes to meet inspiring individuals but also develop a sense of community given that this population is underserved or overlooked. Having worked with APIDC (Asians and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California) and other non-profit organizations on their social media, I can definitely say that designing content is one of the activities I enjoy doing in my free time! I also love anything related to photography!
