Hi! My name is Megan Liang and I am originally from the San Francisco Area. I currently work as the DE&I Trainings Manager at Sephora. I received my Masters of Public Policy at UC San Diego, where I specialized in health policy with a focus on the disparities that BIPOC face in the healthcare system. My personal and professional passions are driven by my history with cancer at the age of 6, which led to the amputation of my left leg above the knee. As an Asian-American amputee, I often thought I was alone in my experience, which is why I am so excited about AADI and its goal to amplify the voices of and bring awareness and resources to both Asian-American and disabled communities! In my free time, you can find me playing with my one-eyed dog, adding a new step to my skincare routine, cooking, or watching a cute Korean drama.
